2. Milestone-Based Payments
- Projects are divided into clear milestones
- Payment is collected at each milestone upon your approval
- You review and approve deliverables before the next phase begins
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before work starts: 100% refund of advance payment
- During project: Refund for undelivered milestones only
- After delivery: No refund for completed and approved work
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@ascensionix.com with your project details
- Include reason for refund request
- We respond within 48 hours
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund is made to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Work already delivered and approved by client
- Custom development completed as per agreed scope
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs) already purchased
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with any deliverable, we offer one round of revisions at no extra cost before processing any refund request.
